Life Growth International (formerly The Growth Network) was born during the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown — a season of global uncertainty that became a turning point. With no movement and the world on pause, Olafisoye Ige and a friend asked one question: “How can we help people grow even in isolation?”

While his friend used music as a tool for healing, Olafisoye envisioned an online platform to empower people personally, professionally, and spiritually. That vision gave birth to the very first August Conference, now known as Growth Confluence.

What began as one virtual event has grown into a global movement — equipping thousands through online conferences, skills training, teenage empowerment, digital innovation, coaching, and faith-based inspiration.

From our online prayer sessions to physical outreach at TLC, from the Idea Incubation Hub (now Steola Innovations & Consultancy) to Life Growth with Olafisoye, we remain committed to helping individuals grow with clarity, competence, and purpose — one life at a time.
